First, it was very easy

"First, it was very easy to put together. It was also very easy to adjust the seat forward or up or down the chair is comfortable and I'm glad I picked this particular size because I didn't want something too large and overpowering for the room I did find that the wheels were so slippery on my wood floor that when I got into the chair, I would just roll all the way backwards and I knew that I would need a mat under the chair, but I didn't want one so someone suggested that I get a different type of wheel that would not roll as much. I think it's a polyurethane. I can't remember so I changed the wheels and it's really perfect now and I like that the seat turns to the side because I can get into it sideways and then swing front. I would buy it again."

You can feel it in there, but as an owner of a Tempur-Pedic mattress, more would make it even better. Maybe sell a think seat pad (made of Tempur-Pedic material) for those that want it? "I really like the chair, the seat is very comfortable to rest on for long periods of time. Yet the backrest seems to fall away further than it should. Overall in my eyes this was a very good purchase."

The seat is very short.

"The seat is very short. when I go to sit in it I am on the edge and I have to jump up to push myself back since the seat is cloth and not easily able to slide back . The seat is also hard along the edges. Not as comfortable as I would like but not as bad as other chairs. Position. I wish the arms were able to adjust out ward. The setup. I am not physically able to behind, stoop, lift or pull so I had to hire someone to assymble the chair. It took him about 10 minuts so I would say set up is easy."
