There was not notice or communication, they just shippied half a desk and when I called they told me I have to wait for the rest. Literally the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company."
Finally broke down and replace
"Finally broke down and replace my 18 year old corner desk with the Vari 80"x80" L-shape finished in Reclaimed Wood. The packaging was excellent and the desk went together easily. I also bought caster wheels and I am glad I did as they helped with the setup for wire management adjustments. That soft edge on the new model desk is a really nice touch and very comfortable."

Quality looked wayyyy better than
"Quality looked wayyyy better than other L-Shaped desks that I was researching online. I was a little shocked by the price, but justified it based on other reviews I had read and the size of the desk was perfect for my needs. Construction was easy for the most part, but upon completion immediately ran into an issue with one of the legs. I troubleshooted the issue for a couple of hours to no avail and researched many potential solutions with no positive results. I reached out to support and explained the issue, ran through some potential solutions while on the phone, and when nothing solved the issue, they identified the problem and solved it on the spot. They went above and beyond and sent an entire new set of replacement legs and components which after swapping the leg giving me trouble immediately solved the issue. Thanks so much!"
