"I love having this storage area and the little shelf on top of it where I can keep my iPad or items that I just want to get off my desk until the next day. I do find that I want it to be bigger. I need more storage. Maybe you can add another drawer under that drawer? I might have to buy another one to put on the right side. This one is on the left side."

"Overall I think this is a super clever accessory. I love the way it mounts a far towards the desk's edge as practical and the depth goes almost all the way to the frame's cross-member. Finally the shelf area allows you to have the controls on the same side as the storage unit. The felt fabric on the shelf and in the drawer is a nice touch. I appreciate how the desk was pre-drilled for the mounting screws. After reading other reviews, I bought a heavier duty version of the same size and pitch screw and ran those in before putting the unit in place and using the screws provided by Vari. I bought the rolling file cabinet from Vari too, and I'm disappointed the soft-closing drawer glides on the file cabinet were not used on this accessory too. I ordered my desk with Slate legs, partly because I wanted my accessories to match (the black cable tray is the one 'off' piece."
