I LOVE this desk converter
"I LOVE this desk converter - it allows me to stand/sit all day long, which is much healthier than just sitting all day. It's a big piece but is easily moved up and down and the pro moves towards you a bit as you lift it up vs just lifting straight up. I think either version would be a great choice but some people will really appreciate this feature. Though it was an open box item, I have not been able to find anything that keeps it from being 100% worth purchasing/keeping. I love it!"

Open Box Item
"I was a little worried about purchasing an open box item of this nature due to it being used for my work. I work with 2 monitors as well as a laptop and I would like to be able to stand while I work. The item arrived and the box was a little damage, and I was prepared for it. Once I opened the box and inspected the VARIDESK Pro Plus I was relieved. The desk looked brand new with no issues. I have set up my new desk and have been enjoying the capability of standing for most of the day."

Off track and unlevel
"This desk is not in excellent shape. The boys was in horrible condition when it arrived on my doorstep. I called to ask about condition of desk before opening. I was guaranteed excellent condition since the manufacturer checks before shipping. Very disappointed the desk left side and right sides so not align. They are off track which makes my desk unlevel. The left side locks while the right does not or opposite depending on needed height. The company has a non refundable policy and will not replace or refund due to open box. Company states on open box items and when called the product is in excellent condition as you would expect from new open but the open box item purchased does not meet specifications advertised or disclosed from their customer service department. Unfortunate because I was expecting to pay less for same product. Even more unfortunate after a couple weeks of buying the new desk went on sale for same price as open box. At least the new had replacement options if broken as the open box sold was clearly broken and never inspected or damaged during shipping. Buyer should never take liability for poor packing or shipping."
