"Fedex really does not know how to deliver a package. :/ The desk the wobbily when pulled up. Not sure if it's from Fedex dropping or the true quality of the product. The first one I received felt studier than the second. Unfortunately, the first one had a crack smack in the middle so a monitor couldn't be placed on it. Will attribute that to the delivery company as well."

"This Vari product is not for users above 6’. Had I known that I would not have purchased. Open Box purchases are not returnable I found out. I called customer service to work something out but there was no flexibility and I am stuck with a product that does not work for me. I’m not a giant. You would think a standard product would work for most users. I tried to purchase the tall model at full price but they wouldn’t do it. Anyone need a 48” Pro Plus?"

Nice but not without issue
"Had to get a second one shipped due to major shipping damage. Not surprised seeing how these are so heavy. Second arrived in a pretty beat up box but amazingly no visible damage. There seems to be a lot of play in the desk when it’s extended which is a nuisance. The play must be how these work because both desks do that. Due to that issue I have a bit of buyers remorse but since it’s an open box we can’t return."
Defective Open-Box Product: Unsafe and Disappointi
"I recently purchased this item as an open-box product, and I expected it to be in working condition. Unfortunately, there is a significant issue where the pins don’t lock properly, making it unsafe to raise since they won’t lock evenly on both sides. This is a critical flaw, as the device cannot perform its intended function. I’m now left with a product that is not in working condition, contrary to what was stated. For a $400 purchase, it’s reasonable to expect that the item would at least rise and lock correctly, as that’s its primary purpose. Additionally, there are noticeable cosmetic defects. I’m unsure if the damage occurred during shipping or if the item was knowingly sold as defective. Either way, I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly, as this experience has not met my expectations."
