"Great product - meets my needs! Initially, was concerned because I do not use a cell phone and the Owner's Manual required a "scan" to obtain them. But Customer Service provided me with a PDF file. As an aside, queried the aforementioned staff re: possible return issue considering the manual stating NOT to disassemble the chair due to potential damage to the item. When she explained Vari's Return Policy, I was flabbergasted! Unbelievable "Business Model"! Wow! Was amazed! Anyway, so far so good..."
