Overall, I'd give this chair
"Overall, I'd give this chair a "B" grade. It's a pretty good value overall. It has several adjustable features. These are the things I'd like to see improved or modified on it : 1) As others have pointed out, the lowest lumbar support setting is still too high for me; I have to use an additional lumbar cushion to get the right support. 2) The lowest setting on the arm height is still too high for me. Being able to lower the arms another 1.5" would have been great. I'd also suggest that the arms themselves be another inch or 2 longer. 3) The arm rests can be moved forward (or back), but they don't lock in place, so they can inadvertently move forward when you use them to stand up. Watch your hands! Overall, it seems to be a well-made product and is a big improvement over the last chair I had in terms of comfort and adaptability."
