"I originally purchased the 180-degree dual monitor stand but it didn’t work out for me. Not going to bore anyone with the details but Jessica did an amazing job getting my issue resolved and helped me get these instead. They arrived today and they are perfect, very study and well designed. Don’t overlook the tension adjustment on the arms, dialing that in makes using the arms a breeze. Great product but even better customer support, Jessica really bent over backwards to resolve my issue and I very much appreciate it."

"One part didn't fit well, which made assembly extremely difficult. As a PM myself, this item needs a QA/control chart analysis review of the height cuff circumference. . . there was no need for it to be that difficult, especially since the item is adjustable! After using lubricant I was able to finally slide the height tension cuff on. Customer service was less than helpful and assembly expectations did not match the video."
