"It looks good, but the pressboard construction (higher quality than most) makes it overly heavy and the latch mechanism to prevent opening both drawers at the same time failed after a few months. The drawers don't close completely now. I'm working on getting a refund and a replacing with Veri's metal lateral file cabinet. I have a number of Veri products and this is the only one that I can't recommend."
"I am still waiting for items I ordered a month ago. The delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. One item turned up badly damaged and I never heard back from them about a replacement. I will never buy from Vari again."
"We so wanted to love this filing cabinet as it matches our Vari desk but it has arrived damaged 3 times and we’re giving up on Vari. Despite being assured it would be packed correctly, I wasn’t the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time. Who sends a 700+ lb piece of furniture in a cardboard box with only a thin layer or cardboard to protect it (and does this THREE time after knowing it keeps getting damaged)? Horrible service. The picture is just one example of the damage. We will take our business elsewhere."
