Why did I only receive half of my electric standing desk in the mail?

This Vari product is fulfilled as multi-piece shipments, and the parcels may arrive at separate times.

What is the material of the desk surface?

Unless otherwise specified, all our full desks are made with top-grade, heavy-duty laminate for better resistance to scratching. The Reclaimed Wood finish has a slightly more pronounced texture than the others, in the keeping with its more natural, wood-look character.

Vari Solid Wood Electric Standing Desks are made from FSC®-Certified solid wood, feature a premium finish that resists scratches and spills, and are designed to remain strong and beautiful for years.

Does the desk come with any other accessories?

The electric standing desk does come with, "Extras" like cable management wraps, desk hooks, and a Vari coaster. Monitor arms, cable management trays, and other accessories can be bought separately through our store and do not come with the electric standing desk.

Error code E08, reset does not fix it

"Didn't work out of the box. I get an error code E08 when trying to perform the initial setup. I must have tried the troubleshooting steps at least 20 times, powered it off. Replugged the cables, nothing works."
