Outstanding! "This way of working on computers is a game changer. I have tolerated lower back pain and discomfort for years but have forced myself to sit at the computer desk because that's how I've always done it. More recently I have been working on computers at a greater capacity and having to get up and do stretching to relieve pain every 15 minutes or so I was desperate for a better way. I had heard of the standing desk setup but often thought I would not be able to 'relax' and really focus on what I'm working on. But this couldn't be further from the truth. Not only is the horrible compression on the lower back alleviated, but being able to breathe fully and comfortably makes all the difference. - All while keeping the core working and balancing or shifting weight from one leg to another and moving my feet from time to time, it all becomes second nature and keeps blood pumping and the whole body and the mind are better for it. I can spend several hours working on the computer every day this way (with the occasional short walk outside) without any negative effects. In fact, I think it's actually improving my general fitness and health, and I am getting an astonishing amount of work done at the same time. Definitely one of the best purchases of my life, and the VariDesk with the spring-assisted mechanism makes it so easy to raise/lower, since I have little room, I lower it when not in use.
