Poor, horrible customer experience
"I bought the desk over a month ago and my credit card got charged immediately. But my VariDesk never arrived. I’ve been trying to reach Vari Customer Service Europe ever since and nothing - unresponsive to phone calls, emails, Twitter messages. I even tried to reach out to Vari Customer Service in the US and they promised to get back asap. And still nothing. I don’t know what else I should do to get my desk or my money back."
Brilliant quality product
"We have purchased a few of these now for our staff members who are experiencing issues at their workstations mainly due to being seated for long lengths of time. They always arrive on time and in excellent condition they are well packaged. I have never had to fix them to the desktop we use ours with no problem unattached. They are pricey however this is reflected in the quality and make up of the product."

"I wanted to prevent sitting and staring at a screen way to long for years. Covid made it so much worse. So I looked around and found Vari. Ordered it and much to my surprise it was delivered extremely fast. Great packaging. Unboxed it, put it on my desk without having to construct anything. It included a rubber coaster and some velcro cable straps. Now I stand up and sit down or put it in the middle position (I have a saddle stool that adjusts just fine) all day long. It took a couple of weeks of getting used to. But I love it! Plus it’s really useful for video conferencing. Put your laptop on the upper layer and nobody is looking at your nostrils 😀"
