Limited Warranty
Varidesk, LLC ("we", "our", "us" or "Vari") stands behind our products, and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work with you to resolve any issues . Subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty, we warrant to you, the original retail purchaser , that all new VariDesk® and Vari® products purchased in the U.S. after April 14, 2024 will be free from defects in material or workmanship that affect your ability to operate the product as intended, and that are brought to our attention during the applicable Warranty Period, as identified below. This warranty also applies to replacement parts purchased by you; the Warranty Period for such parts is 90 calendar days beginning upon receipt of the part by the original retail purchaser.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover any of the following, or any product defects or failures caused by any of the following:
- misuse or abuse
- normal wear and tear
- changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
- normal variation of natural materials such as wood or leather
- normal wear and tear
- dye transfers caused by external contaminants
- modifications made by the user, excluding factory directed modifications
- failure to assemble, install, disassemble or maintain the products in accordance with product instructions and warnings
- damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects, excluding marking or alteration of surfaces associated with factory directed modifications
- damage due to relocation of products
- pilling of textiles
This is the only express warranty offered on VariDesk® and Vari® products. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Special Rules for "Open Box Products": Electric Standing Desks in the Open Box Program are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a Warranty Period of 90 calendar days beginning upon the date of the purchaser’s receipt of the product, with coverage for these products being limited to electrical components and legs; coverage specifically excludes cosmetic defects. All "Open Box Products" other than Electric Standing Desks are sold AS-IS and are not covered by any warranty.
Applicable Warranty Periods
The Warranty Periods identified below each begin upon receipt of the applicable product by its original retail purchaser.
*All surfaces, hardware, mechanical parts, and components, including motors and electrical components are covered
**The Warranty Period for products listed as "Lifetime Warranty" lasts as long as you, the original retail purchaser, own the product
Extras Return Policy: The desk hooks, cable wraps, and Vari coasters included as extras with purchase of other products cannot be returned or exchanged without the purchased item.
Warranty Claims and Remedy

If we are notified during the applicable Warranty Period of any defect that is covered by this warranty, then as your exclusive remedy we will replace any such defective product with either a full replacement or a replacement part for the defective part of the product, at our option. If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first year of the applicable Warranty Period, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product or part and for the replacement product or part; after that, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product or part and for any product or part that we ask you to return. Labor to remove defective parts or products or to install replacement parts or products is not covered by this warranty.
Our simplified product design means every part serves an integral purpose. Therefore, in order to ensure your product maintains our superior quality standards, when possible, we will issue replacement parts rather than sending full replacements. Note: If the product that is subject to a valid warranty claim is from a model or sku that has been discontinued or updated, we reserve the right to replace the defective product with a comparable product, or to replace the defective part of the product with a corresponding part from a comparable product, at our option.
Exclusion of Remedies and Damages
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT VARI WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. VARI WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS OR FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. Some States and Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or Province to Province.
This Limited Warranty applies to new VariDesk® and Vari® products purchased in the United States, Canada, and Australia after April 14, 2024. For new VariDesk® and Vari® products purchased on or before that date, please see the previous limited warranty terms:
