"Excellent product, easy to use and it means I can move both my screens easily to different angles and levels"
"I use the double arm on a Pro-30 and highly recommend. Makes adjustment between standing and sitting much faster. Also lots more space on top of my Varidesk now!"
"Perfect"
"Used with two 24" monitors and a VariDesk Pro Plus 36. Well made, easy to assemble and install. Allow screens to easily be adjusted or rotated from landscape to portrait. Screens are held securely and do not wobble in operation."
"The desk and monitor arms are great. They are easy to adjust and are very sturdy. The arms were easy to fit and setup. Unfortunately the customer service was terrible. The invoice that was sent was incorrect. I tried querying it twice via email, to 2 different email addresses, but received no response. I also called close to 30 times over the course of 2 weeks but my call was never answered and I never received a call back as stated in the automated message."
"Easy to put in place, good quality product"
"I bought it to stop shaking, both 27" monitor when using sit/stand table but it really didn't solve the problem. They still continue shaking, not sure why."
"Cubicles in our office post covid all have glass panes around the open floor desks, which means the point where the arms bend 30 degrees can't go beyond the borders of the back of the desk, because it hits glass, The options then is to either move the varidesk forward on the desk which means the user has no space or fold the arms on the side like a diamond like this -"<>". The lack of a slide panel where the arms are affixed to the back of the monitor means that there is a gap between the two monitors. I ended up installing them like this ">>" just so i could get the monitors closer together. It doest look particular great, and because the monitors are mounted on the centre pole at different heights it's awkward for the user to have to continue to adjust this when standing up. I won't purchase these again. We only did so as it felt a bit unsafe for free standing monitors to sit on the desk and i was a bit worried they would topple over if the user moved the desk up too quickly. All they really need is a C bracket to secure the base of the monitor to the varidesk. The Varidesk itself is great. The Monitor stands probably works well if you have your own desk or office, but not so great if you are in a cubicle or open floor with covid glass partitions. FYI We have purchased multiple varidesks, and this was the first time we purchased 2 set of monitor arms. I am not personally the verified buyer, I'm the support staff and suggested we purchase these and installed these personally."
