A highly engaged team is crucial to the success of any company or organization. So as you can imagine, I was extremely happy to see Vari® named one of the top 10 places to work by the Dallas Business Journal.
In total, 101 organizations made the DBJ’s list, so it was an honor to be ranked so high. They teamed up with the Frisco RoughRiders and hand-delivered the news that we made the list to our office and after showing them around our space, I’m convinced we have a few new customers!
I realized early on in my career that the most important asset to any company is its people. That’s why my team and I work really hard to build and maintain a strong culture here at Vari.
